Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is subject to change without prior notice. By making a reservation, guests agree to all terms outlined in this policy. We reserve the right to interpret and apply this policy at our sole discretion.

We are not responsible for any loss, cost, or inconvenience caused by cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, pandemics, or service disruptions on third-party booking platforms. Exceptions to this policy are made solely at our discretion.

Refund Policy

We offer two types of rates: Refundable and Non-Refundable, to give guests flexibility when booking. The cancellation policy depends on the rate selected at the time of booking and the length of stay.

Cancellation by Guest

 1. Refundable Rate

Guests selecting the Refundable Rate can cancel their booking under the following terms:

a) Short-Term Stays (28 Nights or Less)
  • Full Refund: Cancel at least 5 days before check-in to receive a full refund.

  • Non-Refundable: Cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in are non-refundable.

 
b) Long-Term Stays (More Than 28 Nights)
  • Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a full refund.

  • 50% Refund: Cancel between 14–29 days before check-in for a 50% refund.

  • Non-Refundable: Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.

 

2. Non-Refundable Rate

Guests choosing the Non-Refundable Rate will not receive a refund for any cancellations, regardless of when the cancellation is made or the length of the booking.

Please note: All timeframes are calculated based on the local time zone of the property.

Early Departures / No Shows

  • If a guest checks in and departs early, the unused nights are non-refundable.

  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Force Majeure & Extenuating Circumstances

In the event of unexpected circumstances such as natural disasters, government travel bans, or medical emergencies, we may issue a refund or booking credit at our sole discretion. Valid documentation may be required.

Cancellation by Host

If we must cancel a confirmed booking for any reason, guests will receive a full refund.
